Cancelling your membership
You can suspend your membership at any time. To do this, you need to log in to your account using the email and password that you used when your first subscribed. Select ‘Subscriptions’, and select ‘Cancel Subscription’ on your active subscription.
Updating your credit card details
If you need to update your credit card details, you need to log in to your account using the email and password that you used when your first subscribed. Select ‘Subscriptions’, ‘Tempo Rubato Membership’, ‘Payment Method’ (under SETTINGS, ‘Update Payment Method’ and enter your new card details.
After a failed payment, you will have 10 days to do this update, after which your membership will be cancelled. We might write you a friendly email to remind you (we understand that 10 days is not long in the world of updating new credit card details).
Reinstating your membership
If you want to reinstate a membership that has been cancelled, you need to log in to your account using the email and password that you used when you first subscribed.
If your membership was cancelled because of credit card details, you need to update those details as described above.
You then need to select ‘Become A Member’ from the main menu on the website (or the footer). Your details should be all filled in and you just need to select ‘Continue’ and “Subscribe’
