Weekly emails:

Members at Tempo Rubato receive regular emails from us with a summary of the upcoming concerts. When you join up, you will automatically go on the list to receive Tempo Emails. But you can opt out at any time. We don’t mind at all if you opt out, the last thing we want is to be over-filling your inboxes. It is very easy to opt back in later as well. Free tickets:

We also send out emails when we have a last minute free ticket giveaway. Like the weekly emails, it is easy to opt out of these, and back in again, here is the form to do that: FREE TICKETS

Cancelling your membership:

You can suspend your membership at any time. To do this, you need to LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT using the email and password that you used when your first subscribed. Select ‘Subscriptions’, and select ‘Cancel Subscription’ on your active subscription. You can create a new password if you’ve forgotten what you used.

Updating your credit card details:

If you need to update your credit card details, you need to LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT using the email and password that you used when your first subscribed. Select ‘Subscriptions’, ‘Tempo Rubato Membership’, ‘Payment Method’ (under SETTINGS, ‘Update Payment Method’ and enter your new card details.

Re-instating your membership:

If you want to reinstate a membership that has been cancelled, you need to log in to your account using the email and password that you used when you first subscribed.

If your membership was cancelled because of credit card details, you need to update those details as described above.

You then need to select BECOME A MEMBER from the main menu on the website (or the footer). Your details should be all filled in and you just need to select ‘Continue’ and ‘Subscribe’.
